Instructions to make Ragda Pattice:
- First soak dry peas overnight & then pressure cook with salt & haldi till 4-5whistles.
- Mash boiled potatoes add all the ingredients and make tikki.
- Roast on hot tawa from both the sides very hently on low flame.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds and hing…then add red chilli powder and pour to ragda…add some coriander leaves & mix.
- Now in a serving plate put 2/3tikkis…..pour 1tbsp ragda on it…then put chopped onion tomatoes..sprinkle chat masala..drizzle all the chutneys..pomegranate seed,sev & coriander leaves..:serve & enjoy 😊.
