- Then in same wok add in crushed sewaiyya sauté till golden brown remove it set aside make sure not to burn it.
- In the same wok pop sugar & khoya (mawa) & milk mix well keep stirring till one boil further add in water 1 cup wait again till one boil.
- Now pop in cardamom powder orange red food colour mix well then add in some fried dry fruits then add in fried sewaiyya add 1/2 cup water cover the lid & let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame burner.
- Once it is done uncover the lid & let it soak milk & water completely lastly garnish it with cashews, almonds,raisins and Khoya with strands of saffron I mix both for garnishing the delicious kimami sewaiyya dessert is ready to relish…!.
