- Now make a paste of flattened rice..
- Now the flattened rice will mix with sweet.
- Then, the mixture saute with ghee in pan with sugar syrup..
- Then after 5min,when the mixture leave the pan then take away it..
- After 5min, add roasted semolina, choco syrup and dry fruit with the mixture.
- Aften that,make a log of the dough..
- Now, cut the log into four equal slices.
- Then, dumpling stuff of the choco mixture in the slices..
- Then give a shape of the stuffed slices by hand..
- Lift one side of the edge and start pleat.
- Then, start folding from two sides and forming like modak one by one.
- Now use frog spoon for design on the modak..
- Then, take a pan with oil..
- There after, tempting oil in pan and the flour modak put on oil in pan.
- Then after fry the colour has change in to brawn.
- Then serve it with dry fruit choco syrup sugar syrup and almond,cherry.
