Steps to make Spicy Chole bhature:
- Take a cooker And add big spoon oil..now add grind ginger,onion, tomatoes And cloves, cinnamon And cardamom And cook them…now add all spices And add some water And cook for 5 mins..
- Now add boiled Chane..And other side take a pan And add 2cup water..further add 2 spoon tea Patti And boiled it properly…Now add this water in Cooker And add 1/2 tsp baking soda And cook them for 15 mins.After 15 min. Check…Spicy Chane Is ready to serve put into a bowl…
- Now take a bowl And add Maida And salt And mix it well.now add curd And knead it softly hands to make soft dough…now add more curd to make dough as soft..now rest it for 15 min…Dough is ready..
- Make small balls of dough…..now take a pan And put in oil for Frying…..now take a rolling pin And roll the Bhature…now add it in hot oil…… Tasty And soft Bhature is ready to serve….
