  3. Soak chickpea over night and add 1 tbsp of baking powder..
  4. Pressure cook with salt and 2 cup of water for 10 mins..
  5. Drain the chickpea and store the water..
  6. Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan fry the sliced onion till brown..
  7. Add ginger garlic paste,chole masala,turmeric powder and saute for 2 – 3 mins..
  8. Add tomato paste and saute for 2 – 3 mins..
  9. Add anardana /pomegranate seeds,salt and mix well..
  10. Now add poiled chickpea and saute for 3 – 4 mins.
  11. Add chickpea water..
  12. Add roasted garam masala and cook simmer for 10 mins..
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves..
  14. Serve chole with bhature..
