  1. (Aloo Tamatar):-Take a pan heat ghee add cumin seeds fry for few seconds add Tomato saute for 2 minutes. Add all spices, boiled potato cubes, water mix well, covered and cook simmer for 10-12 minutes. Ready.
  2. (Aloo Gobhi):- Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds fry for a second add chopped onion, ginger, green chilli saute for 2-3 minutes, add all spices, cauliflower and potato mix well, covered and cook simmer for 15 minutes till soft stir occasionally. Ready..
  3. (Aloo Raita):- Take a bowl whisk curd add salt, cumin powder, boiled potato cubes mix well. Ready..
  4. (For Puri):- Take a bowl make dough for puri add all ingredients mix well knead soft dough.Rest for 10 minutes, Now take a small portion make balls and roll with rolling pin. Heat oil for deep fry puri till light brown. Remove into a kitchn towel. Ready.
