- Once done, let it cool a bit if you are using mixer grinder to blend it,so that you can handle it, if using an electric hand stick blender wait for 5-10 minutes and then blend it into a smooth mixture of soup..
- Check consistency, if required add little water…this is thick creamy consistency soup so don't thin down much. Check salt and add as per taste.Put the pot soup on the flame again and add about 1/4 cup of fresh milk cream and mix well and cook for about 5 minutes…your soup is ready..
